  • Getting started is as simple as connecting for a clarity call or diving right in and booking sessions!

  • We’ll work together over the course of several weeks to establish an Ayurvedic daily routine (dinacharya) that partners with your life and the seasonal shifts around you. Sessions may include meditative, grounding, or breathwork practices and each session will conclude with a few small changes to begin incorporating into your daily life before the next meeting.

    Sessions are a true partnership between coach and client as we work together to establish a routine that introduces Ayurvedic habits that support your long-term goals.
